Prices are per apartment – per night

Surcharges & Tariffs:

We do not rent our apartments to unaccompanied youths under the age of 25 and/or groups (regardless of their age)!

Standard costs

• Tourist tax – € 1,40 per person per night

Children

• Maximum occupancy is two people. It is not possible to bring a baby and / or child

All apartments are completely smoke-free, do not have an elevator and are not wheelchair-accessible!

Minimum stay:

• Easter – at least 3 nights
• Ascension – at least 3 nights
• Pentecost – at least 3 nights
• Fronleichnam – at least 3 nights
• Concert at Sea – at least 3 nights
• July + August – at least 3 nights

Cancellation policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
